This page says what the firm collects when you use this site, and what it does with it.

What we collect

If you write to the firm, we receive what you put in the form: your name, email, and phone number if you give one, the date of the care and your message. Like most sites, we also receive basic technical information from your browser, such as the pages you open.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with service providers who help run the site, or when the law requires.

Please keep the first message short

Until the firm has agreed to represent you, what you send may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Leave out medical records and full details until you have spoken to a lawyer.

How long we keep it

We keep messages from people who do not become clients only as long as we need to answer them and meet our obligations, then delete them.
