Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different, and the outcome of yours depends on its own facts and the law that applies.

Fees and costs

Where this site says that fees are contingent, it means the firm’s fee is a share of any recovery, and there is no attorney fee if there is none. Case costs are separate, and the written fee agreement says who pays them and when.
